Why We're Here

Being 18-25 can be exciting but also challenging. University, work, relationships, and figuring out your future – it’s a lot! Our mission is to make looking after your mental health simple, accessible, and stigma-free.

The challenges 

  • Time before you even get seen given current process see below.

  • Often the diagnosis' are wrong.

  • Being put on medication unnecessarily.

Wearables have their own issues, see below.

  • Algorithms are not compatibility by various manufacturers and thus cannot be tested for accuracy against other devices, producing large error readings in some cases*

  • Mental health cannot be measured by body sleep, steps, heart rate etc (physiological) factors alone but to lifestyle changes, tragedies, food, environmental or personal events.

  • Wearable or mobiles are not dedicated mental health apps but complex devices that can frequently break, lose connectivity, have battery drainage issues and are not inclusive due to costs.

  • 20% of app users discard the apps within a few months and 80% within a year.**
