Mental health cannot be measured by body sleep, steps, heart rate etc (physiological) factors alone but to lifestyle changes, tragedies, food, environmental or personal events.

Wearable or mobiles are not dedicated mental health apps but complex devices that can frequently break, lose connectivity, have battery drainage issues and are not inclusive due to costs.
